Can’t contact anyone to cancel subscription.

We moved 3 years ago and cant contact anyone to cancel monthly subscription. The fee Kees coming out of our account monthly. Who can I contact at the company to stop all future orders?

If it wouldn't have been taking all the money at once instead on a monthly basis I probably would have stayed but to have that money come out at once it's kind of hard

Never received my June box

same here. For July they charged me for two boxes and a Karl's Club subscription.

I never authorized nothing. They took $91.00 out of my account.

Can't get in touch with them either. Many many attempts

Hello I was reaching out to yall to notify yall that I recently cancelled my subscription in November cause my money didnt allow it and I had got the subscription back in October I got the box for October but the box for November never showed up and yall did indeed charge me. I called yall to notify yall and a representative said that it was arriving November 12 and it never did. Im a busy guy so I dont really have time to be complaining or arguing on wether or not I received it so if I can just get a refund for it or yall send me the new motherlode box lol jk unless yall feel like blessing me lol my birthday is on December 12 haha anyways.

Missing package

Hello, I have a subscription and I have not received my tackle box for this month. I got a message saying that it was delivered so I contacted the post office and they said there’s no insurance on the package so they can’t do anything about. I would like to keep my subscription and resolve this but if I can’t, then I’m going to need to cancel the subscription.

Absolutely 100% amazing customer service. I was given MTB as a birthday gift in 2018. There were some soft plastic craw style baits in one of the boxes. Unfortunately, I used my last one and did not save the lure cards that are placed in every box. I knew it would be a long shot, but I sent an email asking if they could help me identify the bait. In fact, my wife laughed at me because she said she didn't think they could help. Literally, by the next morning they had found it! They asked some simple questions about dates and boom! Big Bite Baits Battle Bug in my February box. Amazing company!

On July 1st Mystery Tackle Box took out 2 Mystery Tackle Boxes and a Karl's Club subscription. I never authorized none of this. I have tried on many occasions to contact them. Finally they contacted me via Facebook Messenger and promised to refund my money. Never did and now won't answer me again

There is no customer service line at all, it just directs you to emailing them. Very disappointed especially, since I've been waiting now over 3 weeks for my box and tracking hasn't updating in over 2 weeks. So would be appreciated to speak with a human on the phone.
